SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping in EU is 5-7 working days. This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. On rare occasions, orders will ship or be delivered outside this timeframe.

 

We ship all orders from our small factory in Europe.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.

We are not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our local carrier to the international carrier.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location (home of work address) as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the EU and are not included in your order’s total. We assume no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

RETURN POLICY

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • with original tags and packaging intact

  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

The return package must be postmarked back to us within fourteen calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

To apply for a return, please email us at polarbear@bearzzz.com with your original order details as well as a reason as to why you wish to return or exchange your purchase.  

Please fill out and include the returns form along with your return parcel.

Upon receiving the garments, we will assess the items and if it satisfies our requirements we will offer an exchange, credit note or refund. If the garment/s do not satisfy our requirements the items will be sent back to the recipient. 

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
